The only reason for dropping one star is that the main parts of the hotel weren't as nice as the Royal Level area which only gives you a small part of the hotel that we wanted to use, although, as I mentioned earlier, that certainly didn't spoil our holiday and the Royal Level area has more than enough for you to have a wonderful holiday.
